Signal Processing and Renewable Energy (SPRE) uses blind peer review which means the reviewer's identity is concealed from the manuscript authors.
Manuscript is initially reviewed by editors and then the referees.
Authors should ensure that their submitted manuscript is original and has not published or under review elsewhere. please upload the Copy Right form.
Reviewers evaluate the research papers based on the the submitted content in a confidential manner (blind reviewing).
Reviewers suggest the authors improve the quality of their research paper by reviewing comments.
Every submitted paper is investigated according to the plagiarism and fraudulent data. Plagiarism is intentionally using someone else's ideas or other original material as if they are one's own. All submitted manuscripts are subject to screening using plagiarism prevention tools (iThenticate or Turitin). If plagiarism is detected, SPRE reserves the right to reject the submitted paper.
Peer Review Policy
All manuscripts submitted to SPRE undergo an external single-blind peer review process to ensure the quality of their research methodology, reasoning and report writing.
The journal is committed to the highest standards of peer review. Therefore, the editors read the manuscript after the author or authors submit it online.
The manuscript will be sent to at least two external reviewers, and their response is expected within two to four weeks.
The corresponding author will be notified and receive all communications regarding the progress of the peer review process.
Manuscripts can be accepted or rejected with minor or major revisions. For that latter, the authors should consider all the suggestions of the reviewers and editorials and make revisions or provide rationale.
