AbstractThe present work reports development of binary KI–Al2O3 and KI–TiO2-based nanocomposites using simple solid-state reaction method and is characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and impedance spectroscopy.
