Complaint Handling Process:
Individuals or entities with complaints against the journal, its staff, editorial board, or publisher can submit their complaints via this online form to the publisher or write to us using the E-mail address: [email protected].
Upon receiving a complaint, the publisher will promptly acknowledge receipt within 2-3 business days.
We will thoroughly investigate the complaint, ensuring all relevant details are carefully considered. This may involve consulting with the appropriate parties, including staff, editorial board members, or any other individuals implicated in the complaint.
Following the investigation, appropriate action will be taken to resolve the complaint fairly and promptly. This may include corrective measures such as retractions, corrections, or clarifications if necessary. The outcome of the investigation and any actions taken will be communicated to the complainant.
All complaints and related correspondence will be treated with the utmost confidentiality to safeguard the complainant’s privacy and the privacy of any individuals involved. Personal information provided in the complaint will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
The publisher is committed to transparency throughout the complaint-handling process. As appropriate, the complainant will receive updates on the status of the complaint and progress towards resolution.
OICC Press will meticulously maintain records of all complaints received and actions taken for audit and review purposes. This documentation will be kept confidential and accessible only to authorised personnel involved in the complaint-handling process.
