Open Access Policy

OICC Press recognises the importance of open access (OA) in advancing research and facilitating the exchange of knowledge. We fully support the principles of open access and are committed to making scholarly work freely available for the benefit of researchers, institutions, and society as a whole.

All our journals operate on a fully open-access model. Some may apply an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover costs and to ensure free, permanent access to published articles. We are dedicated to supporting researchers worldwide and offer APC waivers for authors from low- and middle-income countries, as well as in cases of financial hardship. Further information is available on each journal’s individual website.

We encourage researchers to actively explore opportunities to publish in fully OA journals, which broaden access to scholarly content and contribute meaningfully to the global research community.

The authors maintain copyright ownership of their work, licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0), https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/, enabling unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction with proper attribution. Users of this licence are kindly requested to include a link to the publisher’s version of the article on the journal’s website, along with its DOI.
