Abstract

The main abjective  of the study was to identify the inhabiting factors of contract farming, whit acase study of Boukan County. This research was descriptive and survey-based, in termsof purpose it was applied. The statistcal population consisted of110 farmers who had entered into contracts under the contract farming scheme. Cluster sampleing whit proportional allocation was employed for sampling. Data analiysis was conducted using factor analysis techniques whit SPSS and Smart- PLS softeware. According to the results, the most significant inhabiting factors of contract farming, in order of importannce were managerial barriers, economic barriere, technical  and technological barriers, socio-economic barriers, environmentel barriers and finally marketing barriers. the findings revealed that managerial and economic barriers were strongly confirmed, highlighting the critical rol of manamemetnt and economic support in hindering and preventing the achivmint of contract farming objecties.
