<Abstract>In this paper, we study the quantum dynamic of the Klein-Gordon particles/antiparticles with generalized Deng-Fan potential. We determine the energy spectra and the corresponding wave function expressed in terms of confluent Heun function using the extended Nikiforov Uvarov method. The influence of the potential parameters on the energy spectra is discussed in details.</Abstract>
