The mentioned new natural magnetic nanocatalyst was employed for the three-component synthesis of tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyrans and spirooxindoles from aromatic aldehyde or isatin, malononitrile, and 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds in green media for the required time.
