For confirmation the structure of synthesized bio-CuO-NPs we are employed X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Ultraviolet-visible (UV–vis), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopies, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) methods that indicated that synthesized bio-CuO NPs have crystalline face-centered cubic (fcc) CuO phase with spherical morphology and with size about 14 nm.
