We propose an ideal  solid-core PCF structure featuring a minimum anomalous  group velocity dispersion (GVD), small higher order dispersions (HODs) and enhanced nonlinearity for appropriate  supercontinuum generation with low  input  pulse energies over discrete distances of the PCF.
